Ode to a Dragon fly

Who named thou the dragon fly
Unseen have they thy colourless wings?
Thy swift moves in the nearer sky,
Rain or summer, thou here brings?

Some foolish folk called thee thy name.
Who else should a poor creature
Name a name that spits flame?
Thou ar' a tiny beauty of a big nature.

Alas! In a world so wild  and crazy
Where men kill men for non sense,
Who seeks a fair justice for thee?
Here thou have no foes and friends.

Seek thy justice in the hereafter
For here thy pain causes mere laughter.
