Tale of rain

The black bearded clouds
born from the sea.
Their mother burns and burns
to leave them free.
Their old pale father
takes them up.
But their mother still cries,
cries below the ship.

He carries them
from dawn to desk
and then disappears
leaving them in dark.

They saw their soul
dropping from their hands,
as the water droplets
fall through the bites of ants.
